The CCCPR is established at Ewha Womans University, Seoul, South Korea, aiming at developing integrated diagnosis and prediction system for climate/ecosystem/environment especially focusing on interactions and feedback processes between the climate and environment systems.

It is one of the Science/Engineering Research Centers (S/ERCs) funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, South Korea through the National Research Foundation.

The CCCPR invites applications for several research positions and the postdoctoral and research professor level based on the applicants' qualifications, in the field of climate/ecosystem/environment modeling, atmospheric chemistry and aerosol, and water quality management:

- Climate/ecosystem/environment modeling: assessing interaction/feedback processes using regional climate models and land surface process models; experience with models of regional climate, ecosystem, land surface processes and/or environmental systems is desirable; experience with coupling models, e.g., atmosphere-chemistry, atmosphere-land surface, atmosphere-ocean, atmosphere-ecosystem, etc., is highly desirable.

For all categories, a Ph.D or strong background/experience in related field is required.

These full-time positions are effective any time starting from November 1, with initial appointment for 1 or 2 years but renewable for up to 6 years based on the achievement.

Applications received by July 23 will be considered for the first screening.
Candidates should send their CV, summary of research interest, and names and contact information of two references by e-mail to cccprewha@gmail.com.
